I got a water bottle for 12 dollars that was awesome! All the clothes are $5 and their worth it! The store has, toys, clothes, yard work items, make up, hygiene items and more for so cheap.

Amazing place. Lots of things that are normally high priced are a bit cheaper for the average person on a budget. Very friendly staff. It’s goi g to be my regular spot to go to find great stuff

We love shopping the good deals at the Mad Outlet.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to strike up a conversation or tell a joke. Mad Outlet has become a weekly trip for me and my son cause of the ever chsnging priducts and you can't beat the deals from $1 dollar tables to up to 50% household items, bedding, decor and more... My son always finds a neat toy , a funko pop collectible or even Pokemon cards on occasion Check them out today

Love seeing locals supporting the community by taking a serious potential risk opening a new business for all of us to enjoy. Think about everything you have to go through, the planning, the investment of time and money all while doing everything they can to stay in business. A for effort regardless of the business type, I'd hope all would support them. I'm confident anyone can walk in and walk out with something they feel was a great deal and it's true...the owner genuinely makes your time inside pleasant, relaxing, and valued. I thoroughly enjoyed myself both times I've visited and appreciate a store like this going in here in West Richland.

Absolutely love the store the atmosphere and the people running it. They’re not only helping out West Richland as a community they go around to other local businesses and help them by putting them on their Facebook and supporting them by putting them out there. You guys are amazing.

I walked in with the intention of just browsing for Christmas gift ideas but when I walked in and looked around I was completely shocked that I got most of my two children's Xmas gifts done! The staff is amazing and helped me out to my car and everything. There is a huge selection of items and they are all brand new and marked way down so what's not to love?! I will for sure be going back very very soon I highly recommend.

Love love this place. I found a lot of good and cool stuff for cheap. Workers are amazing as well. Always friendly and welcoming you in. Great place to shop. Stocking for my puppies this trip!

Went there twice today. Merchandise was very similar to the big chain discount stores but at better prices. I would rather support a local owner than a corporation. I found an awesome Henckles kitchen knife set for me, first apartment stuff for my college kiddo, toys and activity items for my grandson and some automotive things. Will return frequently to check out the new stuff they rotate in each week. I am very happy with what I found and I am a super clearance discount store connoisseur. Thank you Melissa and Ryan for opening a store to cut out the middle retailers. I wish you success!
